This code: Private Sub cmdSave_Click() CommonDialog1.ShowSave Open CommonDialog1.FileName For Ouput As 1 (ERROR HERE) Print #1, Text1.Text Close 1 End Sub I am trying to make a save dialog but the 3rd line down causes problems. The error says: Expected Input or Output or Append or Binary or Random I'm unsure what this means and what I should add to my code, could somebody please help. Thanks!!!

It's probably just because of a misspelling I think, look at the spelling of your Output and change it to Output (it seems to Ouput right now).

Yeah - you made a spelling mistake (Output).

Other than that, check that the Filename is valid - but the error message points me at the misspelling.
