need a compiler for Mac OS X

I am having difficulty finding a free compiler with Mac OS X. I've dont searches on both google and cnet, all i could fiind was updates to compilers like Codewarrior. long story short does anyone know where i can cheap ( <$30) or free compiler.

OS X is based on BSD (Darwin to be specific) meaning you probably have a copy of GCC on it. If it not type GCC in Google and I am sure you'll find a copy.

You can subscribe to Apple Developper Connection (Apple's version of MSDN). You can get online membership for free and download XCode for Panther.

It supports Objective-C, Java and C++ via GCC.
