D3D9 surface

Hello I'd know if one could create a particular D3D9 surface that don't need to be Lock/Unlock in order to read and write into it ? IDirect3DDevice9::CreateRenderTarget Method maybe.. ? Thanks. Julien Meyer http://www.jadeware.net

Nope, this is not possible. Even if you create a render target, you have to lock/unlock it to access the surface content.
