Calculating projected normals

Hello, How can I find the projection of a vector n on a plane defined by two vectors u and v? I want to find the projected normals of triangles in my scene where n is a normal and u and v are my camera's right and up vector.

simple:

to project one vector onto another, just take the dotproduct of the two. do this for both camera vectors, and there you go: your normal in terms of u and v. if its relevant you might want to divide the outcome by the magnitude of u and v, but i suspect it isnt.
