How to include the 3dMax file into the C# programme.?

The max format is very complex and i don't think anyone use it. They usally export the scene to a more friendly format.

A couply of easy ways.

1. Convert the scene to directx's .x format. Directx
provides functions to load .x files.

2. Render the scene as an image and also save the depth buffer.
Now you can display the image and add more 3d-objects to it. That's how games like 'grim fandango' were made.
