Lets say you start with a webpage that is divided in the middle by a frame. Is it possible to drag a dynamic text box from one side of the frame to another? Thanks

Yes it is possible. Using certain tricks, it is even possible po put the object above the frameborder while dragging.

Here is some code:
(test2.html contains the frame)
...
<frameset cols="50%,*">
<frame><frame>
</frameset>
...

(test.html contains the textarea above the frame)
...
<iframe src="test2.html" style="position:absolute;left:0px;top:0px;width:100%;height:100%;"></iframe>
<textarea style="position:absolute;left:300px;top:300px;"></textarea>
