need help finding continue button

this is gonna sound really stupid but I just bought vc++.net2003,and im trying to set it up, but it says press continue button.The problem is there is no continue button from what i can see can you help me?

Just press the "Print Scrn|SysRq"-button, normally placed at the right side of the "F12"-button. Then go to paint and press Ctrl+V and save the result, (and send it of course).
