Hi! I have alot of sprites that I want to fit into one image so I can reduce the number of textures used. Does anybody have any links to a good algorithm for this? The image to the right is what I want to do http://www.angelcode.com/products/bmfont/ Thanks!

The Texture Atlas tools should have everything you'll need for packing multiple images into one file. Sourcecode is included, so you can have a look at the algorithms the tools use.
