its not just you, the domain is apparently no longer valid (or something similarly bad has happened). the main page still resides in google's cache, though.

does anyone know where i can get devc++ because i just wiped my pc so i lost it, download.com's devc++ link isnt working and all i can find is the beta and i dont dont like to use it because it doesnt load mt current project.

The link which lonesock provided will get you to version 4.9.9.0, which is the latest release version.

Only version 5 is in beta right now.
