I'm interested in doing console work, but of the information that's out there on homebrewing software, little of it is very concrete. Anyone know of any good PS2 / Dreamcast / GC homebrew kits out there? Tutorials on using the system hardware would be nice too.

this is DC stuff, lot's of emulation info (emulators for the DC) but other lots of other stuff also.
