Hey, I was wondering how to create say a circle and just to be able to move it around the screen with my arrow keys? How would I go about doing that?

Take a look at SDL for keyboard input and setting up something to draw to, and take a look at SDL_gfx for a circle-drawing function.

To get answers to questions of this sort, you'll need to tell us what programming language you're using, as well as what platform you're targetting, and any other information. I believe in another thread you were attempting to decide whether to use Java or Flash to make some online games? Did you end up choosing one of those, or have you decided to use C/C++ instead?
