VC++ disassembler question

I just wanted to know if there is any way to change the registers (or at least some of them) during debugging an exe file with VC++ disassebmbler?

Or, you can enter "eax" etc in the variable watch window and change it there. I use that sometimes for changing the return value of a function (the cdecl convention puts the return value in eax where possible)
