Is there a place for traditional artists in game development?

is this site only for people that do 3d & code ?
1st question, What do you mean by "Traditional art" do you mean like the Mona Leisa?? any way no im a 2d programmer and im here and so are lots of other people

Are you saying that you're an artist? If so, you're loved in the community. There's a Visual Arts forum here on GameDev along with millions of independant game programmers who need artists. Just look around. There's also a Help Wanted forum where you can see if anyone needs any of your artistic skill.

By traditional art I mean paper,pancil,ink,paint & such. I was going to include 2d in my question but didnt think it would matter , I didnt mean to snub ya bud & thanks for the reply
