Hey,I'm coding c++ on my UNIX box. I'm totally new to this particular area, and I'm 15, so I can't take a college course in it (yet) but I was wondering, where is a good tutorial for making, sending, and recieving packets across the net in c++? I have absolutely 0 experiance with this. Thanks.

A tutorial is probably a good idea, although the man pages are quite helpful. In particular, have a look at:

man socket
man bind
man listen
man accept
man select
man setsockopt
man shutdown
