i tryed making an extreamly simple program. but when i tried to run it i couldnt. why?

the cows in the field go moo! the cows in the field go moo! then the farmer coomes along and chops of there heads and thats where we get hamburgers

No, seriously - you need to provide much more information. What language, what OS, why couldn't you run it, etc...

Don't be discouraged if your program doesn't work the first time you run it. After Planning, programming is 10% code writing and 90% trying to figure out how to fix it.
