How do I build up a PDA and/or Pocket PC version of a Vb.NET + C dll game? Any links? Thanks

Pocket PC (WinCE 4): just cross-compile using VS Embedded version (available for free from Microsoft website).
PDA: Depends on the OS. Since most PDAs run PalmOS or Symbian (some run Linux), you cannot use the VB.NET part and must port it over to C/C++. Check out the Symbian and Palm websites for SDKs and tutorials.
