Hello
I know it is possible to make three dimensional games using the freeware program Game Maker. This support it given through the use of third party add-ins – I suggest you post on the Game Maker forums and somebody will surely link you to one of the several ‘3D Engines’ that can be used.
However, just because it’s Game Maker doesn’t mean it will be very easy. The Game Maker program is designed to make 2D games (view and object placement is 2D etc) which means you will have to write the game almost entirely in script.
Hope this helps,
Jackson Allan
