ViewPoint, Coordinate Values

Could anyone explain how those values come: {1.0f ,1.0f, 0.0f, 0xff000000,}, {3.0f ,1.0f, 0.0f, 0xff000000,}, {3.0f ,3.0f, 0.0f, 0xffff0000,}, {1.0f ,3.0f, 0.0f, 0xffff0000,}, i mean, i get a rectangle to the screen but, if i draw one simple triangle, dx accepts pixel values --- what kind of value are those ? They got nothing in common with pixel it seems.
