I just finished a strategy/rolepaying game called Heroes of War. It still might need improvements like music/sounds/graphics/others but I would be interested to see what others have to say about it! link to the demo setup is : http://home.comcast.net/~konrad.kubit/Hero/HeroesOfWarDemo.exe

Heh, reminds me of Lords Of The Realm a bit. Very good, you should think about making the game a bit easier, i never beat ANY bad guys in the game. Also, you should make a battle menu instead of enter to attack or to move or whatever. I kinda got confused on how to attack.

Looking for video game music? Check out some of my samples at http://www.youtube.c...ser/cminortunes

I'm currently looking to create music for a project, if you are interested e-mail me at cminortunes@gmail.com

Please only message me for hobby projects, I am not looking to create music for anything serious.
The game is good, but the enemies at the begging are wery tough and there are too many of them. The movement is also a bit problematic, the point and click technique like in heroes of M&M would be a perfect solution. i could not get further in the game because of the monster level :) I could not even win 1 group, even with a help from some gangs from a city.

This pretty much sums up what I was going to say, the enemies are really tough. But the game is appealing :) Keep it up!

Probably a tutorial game would suffice and some nice polishing on the artwork. And i agree, the enemies are difficult and i didnt understand the battle system much.
I changed the game so that the right mouse button will move//attack and the left one will draw the path.
Yeah the game is pretty hard but it is winnable. :) Unlike Heroes of M&M you lose fame instead of the game for losing a battle.

I added a message explaining the enemy invasion on day 11.

What if i just make the starting army stronger?

Since everyone thinks that the game is too hard I made the starting armies stronger.
