skin or animated keyframes?

Hi guys, i'm in front at this dilemma. I've created a mesh (very simply mesh just 3 spheres with vertices modified). It's my trying player. I don't want use a bones structures to animate it becouse it is really a simple mesh, so i've thought to use simple keyframe animation. That is: Make a keyframe at the first frame, then i make a second keyframe at the 5° frame and i move the spheres in a new position. I export the schene in .x file. [i use 3dsmax 6 with panda plugin] Now how i parse this keyframe animation in my game? How can i get the meshes?
