I dont know if anyone has come across this issue or not. I just upgraded to .NET 2003 and I started compiling a simple DirectX program. And I kept getting linker error for "Libci.lib". Copying Libcp.lib and renaming it to "libci.lib" fixes it. I think this was an issue before here Apparantly Microsoft has renamed it to libcp.lib while it used to be libci.lib. Anyways im sure it affects quite a few people.
