Well I noticed that you don't have any GUI stuff; for me I use my GUI ssytem as my primaries route to graphics and have components render in 2D or 3D depending on what they need to do.

This diagram is just of the game engine not include the game specific(sp) stuuf and i consider GUI to be that becuase each game has its own different GUI
