IDirect3DStateBlock9 ?

Hi all :) How dose the DX9 IDirect3DStateBlock9 perform ? What is faster ? : 1. IDirect3DStateBlock9.Capture (using D3DSBT_PIXELSTATE & D3DSBT_VERTEXSTATE) 2. Start loop 3. Set states and DrawPrimitive 4. IDirect3DStateBlock9.Apply 5. End loop or ? : Do everything manual, keeping track of what you DO change, and then set it back to what is was, after the DrawPrimitive. Any know ? ;)
