Friction approximation

I tried to make a car (using Michael Cline algorighm). I used a cone approximation with 6 axes (pi/3 between them). But sometimes LCP algorighm uses axes that are parallel (2 wheels' cones use the same oriented axes), and there are equal rows but the last 4 columns. But by LEmke or Dantzig algorithm last 4 columns usually are not in the basis. So help me!!!
