Where's GET_WHEEL_DELTA_WPARAM at?
It should be declared in winuser.h, include windows.h to get it. Just remember to set your _WIN32_WINNT version high enough. IIRC 0x0400 is high enough, but it may need to be higher.

How do I set that? Never heard of that before. Thanks for the help though.
It's just a normal pre-processor define. If you're using an IDE you can usually set it in the project properties somewhere. Alternately you can #define it before including windows.h.
Beats me. I looked and didn't see anywhere to set this flag, and for some reason VC++ 2003.net can't find WM_MOUSEWHEEL either?
'WM_MOUSEWHEEL' : undeclared identifier
'WM_MOUSEWHEEL' : undeclared identifier

#define _WIN32_WINNT 0x0400
#include <windows.h>

#define _WIN32_WINNT 0x0400
#include <windows.h>
Thanks that solved it!
