Hello, This is Adam here, might know me from posts earlier last summer. If you knew me then, I was a complete noob, and knew nothing of what I was talking about. Heh =). Well, I'm still a noob at C++ and have a question for something probably quite simple. Is there anything special you have to put at the beginning of a C++ header file? Like #IFDEF or #INDEF or #DEFINE?

You dont have to do it but it will protect you from including a header twice and reduce compilation times. I use the following

#ifndef __HEADERNAME__
#define __HEADERNAME__
// header contents
#endif

Nothing special needs to be at the beginning of a header file that you make.
