Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could reccomend a good phone to develop and test programs on?

BREW isn't like J2ME in that you cant just go out buy a phone and load code onto it. You need to get it developer enabled, which means sending it to Qualcomm via Fedex. To do that you need to be a registered developer, which currently costs $400 a year (see this).

If thats not a problem for you, there is a supposedly complete list of BREW phones here.

Wow, that is crappy :
I guess learning J2ME might be an option, i do have the complete reference sitting on my bookshelf...

Anyways, thanks for the info :)
