I've begun with a series of tutorials but the best way is to buy a good book!!!

If you wants link of many DirectX sites or other topics ask and I'll write down some ones...

Does anybody knows if there is an easy way to teach my self directx 9.0?

It depends on how you prefer to learn really...

If you're a hands-on type, then grabbing the DX-SDK and reading through the tutorials is good to get you going, and will provide you with some working code to abuse [grin].

However, looking through the code won't help you much with the background/theory type learning. The SDK help files are reasonably good here, but probably not much compared with some of the books around...

Beginning DirectX 9 by Wendy Jones from this sites index might well be of interest to you. I haven't read it thought.

Books, lots of books.

I have about 7 books on directx, and each are useful in their own way.
