Does anyone know of a worthwhile win32 tutorial i have read a few but all have been a waste of time with problems such as the example code didnt compile. I am using dev-C++ so a tutorial focused on dev-C++ would be a good start please help i want to learn more about windows programming before i move on.

I highly recommend theForger's Win32 API Tutorial.
