hey im coding a 3d modeller at the moment, ive finished my own version of a boolean processor, (god what a mission) but unfortunately its got a few bugs, it still runs but i am constantly having to touch the model up after the objects have combined... i could look through the 3000 lines of code to fix it but im afraid its beyond help. if you have a finished GBP and are willing to share out of the goodness of your heart, i would be extremely thankful. i did do the hard work and made one up myself after all. i read a few posts on the subject of boolean objects that were around (mostly about level destruction) and was hoping maybe some of you actually have one to use.

If you are not using grid snapping with booleans, you need to. Since numerical roundoff is a big problem this could be the source of your problems.

Although, seeing as you didn't really describe the problem you are having, I could be way off. ;)
