Is there any site that i could do a link exchange with or submit my site for review too? also, is there any type of data-base site i could submit my site too? i would like to do these things so i can increase the traffic to my site and forum.

You could start by putting a link to your site in your signature.

Link exchanges aren't usually very effective. You can start by submitting your site to the Dmoz directory, and as WanMaster pointed out, signatures are also a good place to plug your site ;)

ok, thanks. i actually do put my site in my sig most of the time. i guess i just forgot to do it that time.
