New Question For Morphing Technique

I have read "Advance Animation With DirectX" and I use morphing technique to create facial animation. i followed this book and created some models only have mesh by maya => My morphing app worked well. However, when our models contain skeleton together with mesh, the blending model during facial animating was broken into fragments => ???????? => can anybody help me? I would like to ask one more question: can i do morphing technique with skeleton instead of mesh???????
