glInterleavedArrays with 2 or more UV coords

glInterleavedArrays is just a "wrapper" for setting up the vertex array using gl*Pointer, and it pretty limited in what it can handle. The number of formats is very limited, and none of them includes multiple textrue coordinate sets.

I suggest you forget about glInterleavedArrays and go for setting up the pointers manually using gl*Pointer instead.
