Bounding box problem

I use d3dx bounding box, and it seems to be not correctly aligned with my meshes. Herre is a screenshot ; less speech, more speacking stuff ! [link][/link] When I translate my object (which contain mesh and bounding box) the two translate with the offset like in the screenshot. the box is a mesh, the tree is also a mesh, the render function render both at the same time, with the same transformation. Anyone ever got an error like this ?
