[.net] Protection level

When i try to build my project I get a strange error: 'Microsoft.DirectX.Matrix' is inaccessible due to its protection level and The type 'Microsoft.DirectX.Matrix' is defined in an assembly that is not referenced. You must add a reference to assembly 'Microsoft.DirectX'. the code is: d3dDevice.Transform.View = Matrix.LookAtLH(new Vector3(0, 0.5F, -3), new Vector3(0, 0.5F, 0), new Vector3(0, 1, 0)); I´ve added refrences to DirectX and Direct3D... what´s wrong??
