Call Stack Dump

I want to get a dump of the call stack in my program (MSVCPP.NET). I am using dbghelp and StackWalk64. I can get the call stack just fine if I do it during an exception or if I get the current IP buy reading it off the stack. What I am wondering is how to get StackWalk64 to traverse the call stack if you begin in a kernel thread? For instance, I create a new thread, main thread calls WaitForSingleObject. New thread Suspends main one, calls GetThreadContext then resumes main thread. StackWalk64 Wont work in this scenerio because WaitForSingleObject is executed from within the context of a kernel thread, and thats where the main thread was when it was suspended. Anyway around this?
