Hi, my webpages are being designed specifically to be filled out and printed, but I was wondering which unit measurement do you think would be most appropiate? eg px, mm etc. thanks

I use px's almost 100% of the the time.

I do believe alot of people would recommend em's though.

Example, 0.8 em is 80% of the default/parent's font-size.

so

parent { font-size: 10px; )
child { font-size: 0.8em; } // equiv. to 8px

Avoid pixels for most situations with font sizes. Use points for print, as it's most consistent.
