Plane from point and normal

Hya, I want to create a plane from a point (vector) and a normal (normalised vector). What I was gonna do is this p1 - ( a = Normal.x b = Normal.y c = Normal.z d = Pythag(Point, vec3(0,0,0)) } And then I was just gonna check the plane direction by computing the plane dot-coord of the original point (Point) and if it was <> 0 then * d by -1 because the plane would be the inverse of what I wanted. Is that right? Thanks Matt

I just found the function I needed in the D3D sdk.

The function, by the way, is called D3DPlaneFromPointNormal (duh!)
