Is Novodex the only engine doing convex collisions?
I understand it standard for every other engine too (except for ODE)

At present, I'm not certain. Certainly Karma didn't support it when we used it, but that's a while ago. Maybe someone who's using Newton or some of the other free ones could update the list on their support and tools for convex meshes?

Actually I know for a fact that: Tokamak, Newton, Megon. Havok and Caldyn all supports convex primitive long time Ago.

Newton and Havok do not need tools to create convex hulls there are made on the fly passing and array of vertices in Newton, and array of plane and faces in havok

Tokamak used qhull
I do not know how meqon does it and Caldyn but I have seen hull in there demos
