I want to get Visual C++.net 2003 but i do not want to wait for Microsoft to ship it so are there any books with Visual C++.net Standerd 2003 standerd in it? That is all i need becuase then i can use the 2003 toolkit to get to optmized compiler, right?

No, I am looking for a book with that softtware in it. a book i can buy at my local borders or barnsandnoble becuase i my local computers stores(CompUSA, Bestbuy, Staples, etc...).
