Nearest Point Sampling Artifacts

Greetings! I am writing a font renderer and had run into some visual artifacts. The problem is, when i use Linear filtering for font rendering it gets all too blury but when i use point sampling i get souch artefacts: Does anyone have a suggestion how to render font that does not get too blury?!

check out a section in the SDK called: "Directly Mapping Texels to Pixels" (just run a search).

This is, I think, why you're getting blurry text.
