ok. I bought "Programming Role Playing Games using DirectX" and a few of the programs that Jim Adams made links dplay.lib. The problem is that DirectX 9c doesn't use dplay.lib. My problem is that I can't get the programs to compile because dplay.lib is included in the projects and I can't delete it from the list of linked .lib files. Here's my question. How do I manually set the compiler to exclude dplay.lib? I'm using MVS .NET 2003
