How should i start to make my own Programming Language from scratch??? Books,Tutorials,etc...(Everything you got)

The 'Dragon Book' (Compilers: Principles, Techniques and Tools - ISBN 0201100886)) is the standard textbook on creating a compiler, which is an important step to creating a programming language (even if you want it to be interpreted)
