Scene Graph or Scene Graphes

I think it's best to have a single scene graph of objects, which each have properties for your graphics and sounds (and physical properties, transforms, etc.) and use something like the Visitor pattern to let different devices (graphics, audio) traverse the scene graph in the way most appropriate for that device.

But, you could design it differently, ... it's really all about what you're most comfortable working with when it's done, since you're going to have to work with whatever design you choose.
