Personally I used www.cplusplus.com, then about.com's, and then other scatters of google searches I find on the net pertaining to particular C++ needs. It's a great beginner's thing to do, to see if you want to get into the whole C++ thing, but I would wholey recommend buy a book or 4. =)

i have books on c++
but i want to know if there r any websites which give a very good tutorials
on vc++.

can any one direct me to a good page.

What do you need to know about VC? The help files are decent, and what they don't tell you google will. Are you have any specific problems or just wondering how to compile your code?
