Static Mesh Question

How to get the Vertices for different objects in a MESH? lets say for example i have a mesh with different 3D Objects in it and i knw that these 3d objects are stored as Frame in the MESH. BUt how do i extract these information or extract the frames if i just use D3DXLoadMeshFromX to load my mesh?
