Immediate vs. Default time problems...

I have an object on a TFT screen and I can move it with the mouse. If I set the default PresentParameter=IntervalDefault (60fps) The delay from the mouse to the object on the screen is about 60ms. The same application with PresentParameter=IntervalImmediate with (70fps) move the object on the screen after 20ms! The program move the object after 10-15ms, but the screen delete the object after more time. Why does I get so much delay time? With IntervalDefault the object should be moved at least 16.6ms after the IntervalImmediate and not after 40ms (3 frames)!! I have only 1 backbuffer (buffercount=1) and I use the DISCARD parameter for the backbuffer. Can anyone help me please???? Thanks!
