Can someone give me some sample init code for making d3d run in fullscreen mode? There isnt any in the SDK or any of the demos (they''re all in windowed mode). Please, help!

All of the IM examples use the D3DFrameWork Wrapper.

You can check out those, and look for where they swap from full screen to windowed mode (and vice versa) (actually this would be better to see, as it demonstrates how to change resolutions as well).

D3DX demos have a full screen example as well (trivFS)

Well, the problem is, these either use the framework (I cant figure out where it handles all the menu code) or the d3dx stuff, which i dont want to use. You see, im writing a 3d engine (isnt everyone) and i dont want to be TOO dependent on things i dont entirely understand, so...please, just give me some non-framework and non-d3dx code if it isnt too much trouble (if it is, just say so and ill stop asking).

What version of DX are you using? If it''s 7 or below, then D3D doesn''t do fullscreen, that''s DDraw''s job, of which there are examples in the SDK.
