Help creating arcade racing simulator

Heh...that's a pretty slow pace.

I understand about not liking to write the tools...that's usually why I develop a chunk of engine (say, track rendering) as part of the editor. That way, once one gets working (usually the engine first), the other is partway there.

Screenshot of a track put together in my still-in-its-infancy editor. Track was made in about 10 minutes.
Same track, different angle. Pay no attention to the low-quality of the curves...I'd turned down the LOD code before I took those screenshots, and I'd forgotten to turn it back up. Note that my editor has, quite possibly, the most hideous toolbar buttons ever. I'm like a retarded monkey when it comes to drawing things, some days :)

Now I just have to get the car to drive on it :)

If i ever get back to programming it, wanna make a track editor for me ^^?
