I have been working on a project that is a part of a bigger project for sometime now, the basic functionalty is not an issue but when you create a new report it should open up a new window using the MDI (Multiple Document Interface), the problem is that there is a language dll implementation to switch to multiple languages, the multiple document template class located in CWinApp is interfering with the implementation of the locale changes that are being made, the inline window will not take on the changes made when the language is change and if a new child window is made the main menu changes back to the default language english. If anyone has any suggestions on how i could fix this it would help a bunch thanks!!! Code Snippet #include "stdafx.h" #include "progrpt.h" #include "mainfrm.h" #include "progrfrm.h" #include "progrdoc.h" #include "listvw.h" #include "reportvw.h" #ifdef _DEBUG #undef THIS_FILE static char BASED_CODE THIS_FILE[] = __FILE__; #endif ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// char BASED_CODE szClassName[] = "Programmable Report"; ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// // CProgrptApp BEGIN_MESSAGE_MAP(CProgrptApp, CWinApp) //{{AFX_MSG_MAP(CProgrptApp) ON_COMMAND(ID_APP_ABOUT, OnAppAbout) //}}AFX_MSG_MAP // Standard file based document commands ON_COMMAND(ID_FILE_NEW, CWinApp::OnFileNew) ON_COMMAND(ID_FILE_OPEN, CWinApp::OnFileOpen) END_MESSAGE_MAP() // Register the application's document templates. Document templates // serve as the connection between documents, frame windows and views. m_pListViewTemplate = new CMultiDocTemplate( IDR_REPORTTYPE, RUNTIME_CLASS(CProgrptDoc), RUNTIME_CLASS(CMDIChildWnd), // standard MDI child frame RUNTIME_CLASS(CListView)); AddDocTemplate(m_pListViewTemplate); m_pReportViewTemplate = new CMultiDocTemplate( IDR_SHEETTYPE, RUNTIME_CLASS(CProgrptDoc), RUNTIME_CLASS(CProgrptFrame), // standard MDI child frame RUNTIME_CLASS(CReportView)); AddDocTemplate(m_pReportViewTemplate); // create main MDI Frame window CMainFrame* pMainFrame = new CMainFrame; if (!pMainFrame->LoadFrame(IDR_MAINFRAME)) return FALSE; m_pMainWnd = pMainFrame; [Edited by - pwebrick on March 9, 2005 2:52:44 PM]
